Look behind the scenes of our HOHENHAUS kitchen and prepare a classy five-course gala dinner with our chef Ingo Bockler. Broaden your gourmet knowledge and get stunning tips and tricks regarding star cuisine.
One day course:
All hobby chefs meet on Saturday at 12 pm with Ingo Bockler
in the Hohenhaus kitchen. The course includes:
- How to compose a
menu and how to assess the freshness of the goods
- Preparation of the menu
with detailed explanations
- 5-course gala dinner with wine tasting where
the harmoniousness between menu and wine will be discussed, coffee and digestive
- Overnight stays with breakfast from our rich country buffet

€ 440,- to € 450,- per person depending on the room category
Two day course:
1st Day:
- Two overnight stays including
Hohenhaus breakfast
- Arrival on first day until 5 pm. At 6 pm "get together"
- Subsequent 3-course regional menu with corresponding wines
2nd Day:
- Short seminar on a current kitchen topic
- How to compos a menu and
how to assess the freshness of the goods
- Preparation of a 5-course menu
with detailed explanations
- Tasting of regional delicacies
- Festive
dinner with corresponding wine, coffee and digestive
