Can I travel with my pet? Does this cost extra?

We are also pleased to welcome your animal friend. We charge a fee of 15 to 25 euros depending on the size of your pet.


When is check-in?

At Schlosshotel Hohenhaus you can enter your room beginning at 3 pm. However, we are happy to arrange an earlier check-in if you would like to arrive sooner.


Can I dine in the restaurant if I’m not a guest?

Yes. We also look forward to guests who are not staying at the Schlosshotel Hohenhaus.


I have allergies. Is there any special bedding for me?

If you have an allergy, please let us know at check-in at the reception. You will receive special bedding with silicone-modified polyester hollow fiber.


Are there any foods without gluten, lactoce, etc?

Before you arrive, please let us know if you want food without gluten or lactose. We are happy to accommodate your dietary requests.


Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, you can always browse the Schlosshotel Hohenhaus free of charge. The Wi-Fi password is given at check-in.


Does the Schlosshotel Hohenhaus provide infant cribs and child beds?

Yes, we will gladly provide you with a baby or children’s bed in your room.


What kind of parking is available?

You can park your car directly in front of the hotel. For 15 euros charge you can also park your car in our garage. We will also gladly take over the wheel and valet park your car if you wish.
